We learned about this BEEutiful local shop when a couple of us delivered our employee charitable giving check to Rev. Steve Whitaker (pictured left) at the John 3:16 Refuge at 575 N. 29th W. Avenue.

Beeloved Trading is a social enterprise which benefits those who are hungry and homeless in Tulsa. 100% of their profits are poured right back in to John 3:16's mission to serve men, women, youth and children in our community. Shop students learn the craft of beekeeping and running a business while gaining skills like work habits, workplace confidence, self-care, showing up, working with others, leadership and more as they discover their place in the world. Check out their story.

Did I mention they have Beeloved Baking too!

Security Bank employees raised just over $3,500 for the John 3:16 Mission. This money came directly out of the pockets of Security Bank employees, as part of the bank's annual employee charitable giving campaign.

"We are a small group of people with big hearts and this giving brings us joy, because it represents the compassion and commitment of the people who make up Security Bank," said Security Bank Marketing Officer Jocelyn Wood.
