Each year, we donate thousands of dollars for the benefit of organizations in our community. By reinvesting in our surrounding neighborhoods, we are working together with others to enhance the quality of life for every member of our community.
Security Bank employees are also passionate about giving back and serve on a number of local community and non-profit boards and donate their time to service in our community. Tulsa's Future is an ongoing public-private regional economic development plan led by the Tulsa Regional Chamber focusing on building a vibrant and innovative future for Tulsa. This initiative to enhance economic development in Northeast Oklahoma is built on four key pillars:
Strategies and research to showcase the region's strengths and attributes to attract new industry and investment to Northeast Oklahoma.
Creating and sustaining vibrant startups and small businesses is integral to attracting and retaining young talent to the Tulsa region. Cultivating local entrepreneurs is a key strategic priority.
Initiatives to help prepare students enter the workforce as well as to attract new talent to meet the demand of the emerging job market.
Goals to implement strategies surrounding 'quality of life' and 'quality of place' assist to retain and grow existing industry, attract new companies and grow the regional workforce, as well as attract and retain talent.
