Security Bank is a proud partner of Tulsa’s Future III. This initiative to enhance economic development in Northeast Oklahoma is built on four key pillars:

Prosperous Future – Strategies and research to showcase the region’s strengths and attributes to attract new industry and investment to Northeast Oklahoma. Staff and resource partners work to ensure the region’s ability to compete for new business projects and prospective companies leading to jobs in Advanced Manufacturing, Aerospace, Energy, Health Care, Information Technology, Professional Services and Transportation/Distribution.

Innovative Future – Creating and sustaining vibrant startups and small businesses is integral to attracting and retaining young talent to the Tulsa region. Cultivating local entrepreneurs is a key strategic priority.

Skilled Future – The education and workforce division lays the foundation to raise the bar through education. Initiatives to help prepare students enter the workforce as well as to attract new talent to meet the demand of the emerging job market.

Livable Future – Goals to implement strategies surrounding ‘quality of life’ and ‘quality of place’ assist to retain and grow existing industry, attract new companies and grow the regional workforce, as well as attract and retain talent.
